Basic English
Basic English is much important than the other levels of the English language. In the Basic English basic grammar, basic structures of the sentences, Vocabularywho the words are used to make different sentences are taught .Basic English course is made under the supervision of experts that fulfill the need of children. While making syllabus experts keep in mind the age and mentality of the children so that they can easily understand the course and also fulfill the learning needs .While teaching this syllabus especially in the primary classes’ teacher should keep in mind that all the students are not of the same mentality. He should pay more attention on the weak students so that they can learn Basic English course in a more comprehensive way .In the primary classes most the English is taught in the form of stories. Teacher should taught stories to the students in such a way that student should take interest and he should keep in view every student of the class. When he completes the story ask question about the story. Like which thing they like most in the story. What moral lesson can get from this story? Whey they like or dislike the character and know they discussed this story with each other in the group of two. |
